The two buildings of Rio Gran Enterprises now total 20,000 square feet on 3.2 acres. The Rio Gran Downtown building houses the grooming area, cat boarding, and small dog suites. The Uptown building was designed by Karen Beskau and Built by Dohman Construction. It’s style is "City themed." |
The 160 foot indoor walkway is graced with park benches, trees, and a water fountain. The city theme was the inspiration for the business sponsored store fronts to each luxury suite. Each luxury suite is 100 square feet, and includes a unique, cot-styled bed to give dogs a comfortable resting place. Each suite is connected to their own private, individual playroom that is 100% climate-controlled. Includes water dishes, optional play equipment, and wide open space. Your dog can run and play to their heart's content! A red brick entrance opens into the Training academy, where two sculptures look over the arena. |
